I am a qualified Nurse who have worked in acute hospital settings for 20 years in various departments such as CCU & Cardiac wards/ general medicine & Renal. Last 5 years I was working for the Birmingham community hospitals as one of the Band 6’s .I worked for two years in an elderly dementia nursing home during the beginning of my career in the UK. I also worked for Birmingham Community Health Care in an elderly rehabilitation centre, which prepared me to work with elderly people for the rest of my life. With a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives, I am dedicated to upholding regulatory standards, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for both clients and staff, and continuously striving for excellence in care delivery.
